I love PM products, so I jumped on this after my hairdresser recommended it. I thought it would help condition amd smooth frizzy ends. It did not help, even with using extra products. I looked to replace it with the same hairdryer and that’s when I realized exactly what I had. I gave it some time and it dried out and it started again. This blow dryer has hit.
