I did not get my 15% off for first order applies despite putting in my email.. so I’m a little annoyed with that.

I always have like this website, there were things on here that I could get and no where else, and it was always free shipping. and it also had points on here showed how much you had and all. now you have to have 59 dollars or more just to get free shipping, and there is no more points on your account that change. but you do get coupons on your account, but they expire also if not careful.

I am a Matrix product user. I order when you have a special or discount on my products because the cost has increased significantly over the last 2 years. Paying $24.00 for a can of hairspray is quickly getting out of my affordable range. I love the Matrix products and I appreciate when you can offer discounts for this senior lady.

It would be nice to have a price that is some what close to the last time you ordered something. Some people are limited income, like myself and wife. I'm disabled navy Vet, and retired.I shouldn't have to worry about the prices changing everytime I go to order.
