Platinum Silkening Gloss

As I turned 51, I made the decision not to continue coloring my hair. About 3 months into it, as much as I loved the way it was coming in, I noticed that the gray hair was course and I was having difficulty managing it. I was contemplating coloring again when my sister gave me some Kenra Platinum Silkening Gloss and suggested I give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Platinum Silkening Gloss

I made the decision, at the age of 51, to let my hair go natural and end the coloring. I was about 2 months in when I noticed it was blending beautifully, but the coarseness of the gray in comparison to the other hair was not good. It was unruly and I was slightly discouraged and needed something to soften the gray up. My sister had some of your product on hand and suggested I give it a try. Immediately the product (using just a small amount) softened not only the gray but everything. I used the rest of hers and then purchased my own.. Please don't change the product; I am a user for life. My only concern would be the packaging. I received one that did not pump very well - the company was amazing at replacing it with a new bottle immediately. The pump on the second bottle worked great but two days after it fell off the counter and the bottle broke. I am still able to use it but lost a lot of product. BTW this will not discourage me from purchasing, I just store it differently now so that it is not in danger of falling from the counter.
